All of our products are Make-To-Order (MTO) items that are manufactured individually according to the customer’s specifications on sizes. To ensure delivery of the desired products in the shortest lead time, we start production as soon as we can. Hence, any changes or cancellation of order made after production commenced would cause substantial disruption to the production and as a result incur significant costs if we begun producing them.
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know right away and we’ll help out. If we already made your miniatures, we may have to charge you for the items.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for any reason. For example due to wrong prices, no payment or customer misconduct.
