First time buyer from the States. They offer more of so much more that it surprises you when you go through their catalog. For me it is ACW and all the different artillery from that time frame which you can purchase as well as choose your scale. Their customer service is beyond Great ! Very helpful with questions.
The only negative, if there is one is in regards to their infantry scale. For me, 15mm figures looked great BUT their scale for Speira comes different than what we are use to purchasing in the States. The variety of poses is exceptional though the figures in my scale do not meet the size of the “metal” figures I needed to intermingle with them.

Commandé et reçu une quarantaine de fig au 1/72 (British Napoleonic); Superbe qualité, détail et finesse même sur les visages. Vraiment très appréciable si on veut sortir des boîtes ordinaires des marques du Commerce. Certes c’est plus cher, mais l’originalité et top qualité est un choix à faire.

Here are some review of our products:
The tower is thin and engraved even on the inside - so much better here than I bought by another manufacturer.
I will use them for a carthaginian and an Diodochi-Diorama (in the hope there will be heavy armoured indian elephants made by speira-quality in the future).
Though I don`t prefer bowstrings as they should be nearly invisible in small scales, it is amazing how thin they can be produced.
But after too tall indians I ordered it in changed scale 1/77 and so he has a good height of 23mm (perfect for an ancient north-african).
I ordered it in scale 1/80, so it has the perfect height for my other beasts.
The tower is still in scale 1/72 and like you can see this works very well with only small gaps between tower and elephants-side-protections (I will add small ribbons for connections). The mahout has also enough space.
I ordered it in scale 1/72 and unfortunately it is much too tall (like you can see on my picture 26 mm, so in reality nearly 1,9 m!!! - one head higher than an average ancient indian was).
Nearly all other figures of the range have the same height and proportions, so will work only in their group.
